How To Make A Cashless Raheja QBE Car Insurance Claim

Step 1: Registration of Claim

The first and foremost step is to inform the insurance company about the accident/mishap. You can raise a claim request with the Raheja QBE by calling at their toll-free number 1800-102-7723. Upon successful registration of the claim, the insurance company will give you a claim registration number.

Step 2: Survey Of Car for Damages

Raheja QBE General Insurance will arrange a surveyor for you who will visit the spot of accident/mishap and assess the damage suffered by your car. At this step, you need to furnish the documents mentioned above for the claim process.

Step 3: Get Your Car Repaired

After receiving a go ahead from the surveyor, you can get your car towed to the nearest garage registered with Raheja QBE General Insurance to get your car repaired.

Step 5: Claim Settlement

Since, you have visited a Raheja QBE authorised garage, the entire claim settlement process will be a cashless process under which the insurer will pay the repair cost to the garage directly subject to the authorised claim amount. You are only liable to pay for the compulsory deductible and voluntary deductible if opted for at the time of policy purchase. Applicable depreciation will also be charged to you in case you do not have a zero depreciation cover.

How To Make Reimbursement Raheja QBE Car Insurance Claim

Step 1: Intimate The Insurer

Inform Raheja QBE General Insurance about the accident/mishap and request a claim initiation for your insured car. You can reach the insurer by calling their customer care helpline at 1800-102-7723. The insurer will register your claim and provide you with a claim registration number.

Step 2: Inspection For Damages

Raheja QBE will send a surveyor at the place of accident/mishap for an inspection of the damaged insured car. Please note that inspection of damages is a mandatory requirement before the repairs for successful claim disbursal. Submit the documents asked by the surveyor.

Step 4: Towing Of Vehicle

Tow your vehicle to a garage of your preference. You can also request the insurer to arrange a towing service. Towing charges will be applicable as per terms and conditions of the insurer.

Step 5: Reimbursement Of Claim

Get your car repaired at the garage and make a payment of the entire repair cost to the garage. To initiate a reimbursement with the insurer, submit all the required documents to it along with original repair bills.
