You can also SMS "MOTORCLAIM" to 9222211100. To intimate the claim online, follow the steps below.

  • Open the official website
  • Click on the “CLAIMS” option
  • Select “Report a Motor Claim” from the drop-down menu
  • A new page opens up, fill up the required fields and click on “Submit”.

You receive a claim registration number at the end of the process. In case of call or message intimation to the insurer, a representative calls back for the details and provides you with the claim registration number.

Step 2: Survey of Damages

A company surveyor is sent to assess the extent of the damages caused to the bike during the accident. In the case of third party property damage, provide its vehicle registration number.
