Other benefits under the plan include: Organ donor cover Ambulance coverage Daycare treatment In-patient hospitalisation expenses Pre-hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation expenses Aggregate Deductible: Rs. 2 Lakh to Rs. 5 Lakh

Who Can Buy This Plan?

Anyone can buy HDFC Ergo’s my: Health Medisure Super Top Up. While the minimum entry age is 18 years, the maximum entry age is 65 years. Even the children from 91 days to 23 years can be covered under this plan. Waiting Period Under the Plan The waiting period for pre-existing diseases is 3 years, and for any illness, except an injury is 30 days. However, certain specified diseases are covered after 24 months. Renewability of the Plan My: Health Medisure Super Top-Up policy offers lifelong renewability. Exclusions Under the Plan My: Health Medisure Super Top-Up policy does not cover the insured against the following healthcare expenses: Self-inflicted injuries Non-allopathic treatment Sexually transmitted diseases Participation in defense operations Treatment of obesity or cosmetic surgery
