    The sum insured of this policy ranges from Rs. 3 Lakh to Rs. 10 Lakh as per the variant opted by the policyholders.

    People within the age limit of 91 days to 65 years are eligible to get covered under this policy.

    The policy duration or coverage term of this policy is of 1 year.

    Yes, two variants are present in this plan which are named as Gold Plus and Platinum Plus.

    Yes, the plan provides coverage for out-patient expenses. Under this, if an insured member incurs any expense related to a medical procedure taken at a hospital (or a clinic), the company shall be liable to pay the amount of treatment, not exceeding Rs. 2500. This benefit is available under the Platinum Plus variant of the plan.

    Under this plan, indexation benefit is given where the sum insured amount is enhanced. The sum insured under this plan is progressively increased by slabs of 10% of the sum insured subject to a maximum accumulation of 5 slabs.

    Yes, the maternity benefit is covered under this plan. The maximum amount payable under this benefit is 10% of the sum insured subject to a maximum of Rs. 30,000 (under Gold Plus Plan) and Rs. 50,000 (under Platinum Plus Plan) after a waiting period of 3 years. Any complication arising out of pregnancy will be deemed to be covered under this extension only, and the limits mentioned would apply.
