How does someone determine that the pandemic is over? The coronavirus was declared a pandemic because this was an entirely new virus and no one had any sort of immunity towards it which made easy work for the disease to run rampant throughout the world. There would come a time when most of the world would have developed immunity for the disease, and the virus would not be able to affect the whole world this much easier.
