Step 1: Reporting of Claim
Visit the official website of PNB MetLife insurance. Go to the claim settlement section. Then click on the claim intimate section.
Step 2: Verify Policy Details
Fill the important details of your policy like policy number, insured person name, nominee relationship, date of birth of the insured person on the respective page.
Step 3: Claim Evaluation
After this, your claim will be evaluated and investigated based on the information you provided.
Step 4: Claim Payment
Once all the necessary documents are received by PNB MetLife, the insurance company will process the claimant claim within 30 days of receipt from the date of receipt of the last necessary document. If investigation is required, the investigation should be completed within 90 days from the date of receipt of claim intimation.
