    Step 3: Upload Documents

    The nominee can upload the documents online through the official Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company webpage.

    Step 4 Claims Decision

    Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company provides the decision within five working days. If further investigation is necessary, it can take up to four months to decide on the claim. The nominee/claimant can track the claim status online from the same webpage.
