  • Sales people guide you at the time of claim process also.

    ​Critical illness policy of universal sompo is a nice one and proved to be really helpful for me. I brought it six month back and made a claim recently. I had no knowledge on how to carry the process at the time of making claim so called Ravi in insurancedekho who helped me buy this plan too. Great help from them ..

  • All information provided in excellent way

    Universal sompo provides all the information in its brochures in an excellent way. I understood everything and all my doubts were cleared after reading the brochure and customer reviews.. Rest i had a word with executive in insurancedekho who helped me purchase the policy online.

  • Customer friendly policy

    I liked Critical illness policy from universal sompo as it is a customer friendly policy that offers me cover for major critical illnesses at fair premium amount. I have not made a claim yet so cannot comment on the claims process but I found the sales people as well as policy very customer friendly.

  • Good experience..

    Critical illness policy is a very beneficial one and I was in search of a good one with wide coverage since long. Then go to know about universal sompo’s plan from a friend who was already covered under this. I asked her about her experience with the company. She gave me positive response so I purchased it too

  • Good plan with low premiums

    People don’t realise the importance of a critical illness plan and just think that a standard health insurance plan is enough for them. But this plan from universal sompo named critical illness plan is a fixed benefit plan that pays you in lump sum in case you suffer from a specified critical illnesses. The policy has low premiums.

  • Purchased plan for 2 years. Thumbs up for it

    I had purchased Critical Illness plan of Universal sompo from Insurancedekho for a tenure of two years and sum insured of Rs. 2.5 lakh. I have not made any claim yet sop cannot say anything as far as the claim process is concerned. But I must say that the customer care people at Insurancedekho are really helpful. They mailed me the policy documents on time and answered all my calls even at odd timings.
