Step 2: Enter Mobile Number & OTP

Enter your mobile number and OTP verification code to see your dashboard.

Step 3: Check The Status or Download Policy PDF

You can choose to check the status of your policy, download the policy PDF as well as 5 previous service requests, and download the data.

Step 2: Enter Authentication Details

There are two ways to access your policy status and details: Enter your mobile number and verify login through OTP or enter your application number and date of birth to verify through OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address

Step 3: Check Policy Status or Download Policy PDF

You will now be able to check the status and download the policy PDF.

Note: You can track your ProHealth and Super Top products through the Application Tracker page. However, tracking of sales-assisted cases is currently not available through the application tracker page.
