2. Offline Mode

• Visiting the nearest branch office of their insurance provider with all the essential details.
• Call the toll-free customer care number of their health insurance company and talk to a customer executive to find out about the status of their health insurance claim.
• Send an email containing their policy number and other details to the email address provided by their health insurance company to find out about their claim status.
