  • What Are The Consequences If You Do Not Have A Pollution Certificate?

Section 190(2) of the Motor Vehicles Act provides for prosecution of a vehicle that does not have a valid PUC Certificate. There is a penalty of Rs.1000/- for the first offence and Rs.2000/- for each subsequent violation.
