      • In case of an emergency, intimate the insurance company within 24 hours of hospitalisation, and 48 hours prior in case of planned hospitalisation. 
      • Fill the pre-authorization form. 
      • Once your documents are verified, you will receive an approval letter.
      • The insurance company will directly settle the bill directly at the network hospital.
