    I have health insurance from New India and it covers all the required expenses for me. I was initially not really sure of this company but insurancedekho helped me gain more clarity on how the company and the plan would be a good one for me. They explained me its benefits as well as disadvantages

  • Always good to take new indias insurance product

    The company has a good claim settlement ratio and it never fails to satisfy the customers. This is my second policy that i have purchased from them and both were easy to understand and easy to buy too. I have recommended this company to one of my friends too who wanted health insurance for family

    I brought mediclaim policy from new india assurance for 1 year tenure. While buying policy my agent gave me details about plan and gave me all the necessary information including inclusions and exclusions and even explained me some insurance terms. Also when I made claim, I received quick services and timely response.

    As I got treated in a non-network hospital under my mediclaim plan from new india assurance, I had to apply for reimbursement. I was not very sure of the process to follow for reimbursement and therefore got in touch with the customer care executives at insurancedekho.

  • Good that the plan offers add-on benefits

    One of the popular plan of New India is Mediclaim which i have recently brought on an individual basis. The best thing about this plan that I found is the add-on benefits that it offers. One can choose from maternity benefit, voluntary co-pay, and revision of cataract limit to enhance plan benefits. I finally got a plan that satisfies me with all the required benefits.
