Scope of Coverage

• Regular health cover for accidents & illness (indemnity based) other than cancer
• Coverage for all daycare treatments under this policy
• Pre-hospitalisation expenses incurred up to 30 days prior to the date of admission
• Post-hospitalisation expenses incurred up to 60 days after discharge from the hospital are payable
• Inpatient hospitalisation coverage like room rent, boarding, nursing expenses, nursing home charges
• Ambulance charges up to a sum of Rs. 1,500 per hospitalisation and overall limit of Rs. 2,000 per policy period
• Cover for the surgeon, anesthetist, medical practitioner, consultants, specialist fees

Eligibility

Any person aged between 5 months to 65 years who have already been diagnosed with Stage 1 or Stage 2 cancer can avail this product.

Exclusions

• Pregnancy, infertility related expenses are excluded
• In​jury/disease directly or indirectly due to war, invasion, warlike operations, etc.
• Illness arising due to the consumption of alcohol, drugs, or cigarette smoking
• Self-inflicted injuries, STDs and HIV/AIDS are excluded
• Treatment outside India is also not covered by the policy
