Step 2- Here is the link to the website https://www.healthindiatpa.com/. On their home page you need to login by providing the following information in the given tabs:
- Name of the Insurance Company
- Policy Number
- Password using one of the options i.e. Date of Birth
- Customer Reference No.
- TPA Health Id, Claim No, Previous Policy No
- Enter TPA Healthindia ID and Login
Step 3- After logging in you will find the ‘Claim Status Tab’ as you scroll down the page
Step 4- Once you click on it, it will direct you to this page https://www.healthindiatpa.com/CustomerCorner/ClaimStatus.aspx
Step 5- Know your LIVE Claim status on this page, but first select from the ‘Retail’ or ‘Corporate Policy’ option
Step 6- On the right-hand side you will find the date of discharge column, here you enter your date of discharge from the hospital
Step 7- Now Enter Submit
Step 8- Now, you can check your United India Health Insurance Policy claim status on this page
