Max Bupa Launches #Sabkisister Campaign to Commemorate Nurses

Max Bupa Health Insurance celebrated this Raksha Bandhan by launching a campaign called #Sabkisister. It is an innovative campaign aimed to celebrate an unusual bond of siblinghood between nurses (affectionately referred to as “sisters”) and their patients. Marking a tribute to these unsung heroes of great importance for a patient’s well-being, a digital film was released on Max Bupa’s various social media channels. This video kick-started the campaign and portrayed the relentless efforts put in by nurses to nurse a patient back to health. Their underappreciated contribution was brought to highlight by the patient in the film. Max Bupa depicted the true essence of the bond between such patients and nurses and recognized their part to be greater than mere caregivers. This visual film is relatable and tugs at one’s heartstrings.
Max Bupa’s ideology to prioritize their customer’s health through their services is similar to that of the nurse’s selfless commitment towards caring for their patients. Ms. Anika Agarwal, the Director and Head of Marketing, Digital and Direct Sales at Max Bupa, spoke of the campaign and brought out the similarities between Max Bupa’s services and the nurses’ contributions. She further expressed her gratitude to all the nurses for playing a significant role in a patient’s mental and physical well-being.
The Vice President and Branch Head of Autumn Worldwide, Mr. Bodh Deb praised Max Bupa’s initiative as a ‘thought leader’ for commemorating these silent heroes in the health care industry. The idea of celebrating universal sisters through #Sabkisister was to emphasize their contribution through the bond of love rather than blood, he mentioned.
In addition to creating awareness through visual film, an outreach programme to provide a medium to thank the caregivers has also been initiated across various hospitals.
