  3. The portal will display a form
  4. Enter relevant information asked in the form.
  5. The portal will ask for captcha confirmation. Enter the captcha and click on Submit.
  6. The information will be visible on the screen.

Another simple way to get the insurance policy expiry date from the IIB portal is to simply fill the query form. An executive from IIB will call you and answer all your questions.

  • Method 2: VAHAN- The Road and Transport ministry of our country have details of all the vehicles recorded and uploaded on the VAHAN website. You can also view the bike insurance policy expiry date on this platform. Just follow the following simple steps:
  1. Open the VAHAN e-service platform on the internet
  2. Select the menu tab and click on the "Know your details" option.
  3. The next page will ask for your vehicle number and verification code. Enter those details.
  4. Click on the "Search Vehicle option"
  5. You can see your insurance details there. Click on "Insurance Upto" to view your insurance expiry date.
  • Method 3: Check With Your Insurance Company - Your insurer has all your insurance details in its database. You can directly check your bike insurance expiry date on the insurer's website. This process of viewing the insurance details is different for different insurers’ websites. However, most of the insurance companies ask for the bike registration number.
