IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Launches Quick Claim Settlement Scheme

IFFCO Tokio General Insurance launches a Quick Claim Settlement(QCS), a policy for easy motor claims. The scheme will assist in settling the claims of private car customers for up to Rs. 20,000/- and transfer the amount of claim within 30 minutes, directly into the bank account of the customer.
To enjoy the scheme, customers need to file the claim with the Quick Claim Settlement(QCS) team through the call centre of the company. In addition to this, customers should upload the photos, documents, videos, etc., of the damaged car through a mobile app. If the approval is given, the amount of claim would be released in the customer’s bank account within a period of just 30 minutes.
The scheme will help the firm in lessening their expenses incurred on the procedure of claim settlement, as there will be no need to survey the accidental vehicle physically. At present, QCS policy is launched only for private cars and planning to cover two-wheelers too in future.
