Critical Illness Plus Benefit Rider - The critical illness enables you to get the best available treatment and covers your indirect expenses during the time you recover from a critical illness or any major surgery. With this rider option, the rider sum assured amount will be paid to policyholders as a lump-sum payout, if they get diagnosed with any of the specified 37 critical illnesses or have undergone any of the surgeries listed in the policy. Policyholders can opt for this rider either at the time of policy purchase or policy terms.
