The policyholder can use the online facility for a hassle free experience to check their dues and bonus statements. In this article we are going to talk about the different online methods of checking your HDFC Life Insurance policy.

A. For Registered Users
1. Through Website
If you are an existing customer or a registered user of te HDFC Life Insurance policy you can -
- Log in to the official life insurance website of HDFC at www.hdfclife.com
- Open the ‘My Account’ tab
- Login to your HDFC life account
- Scroll down to policy summary on the left hand side
- Click on your policy number
- A detailed account of your policy status, due premiums, maturity date and accrued bonuses will be shown to you
2. Through Mobile Application
You can also check your policy status from your mobile phone by the following steps -
- Download the HDFC Life Insurance App on your smartphone
- Open the application and click on ‘My Account’
- Login and click on ‘Proceed’
- Fill in the required details such as your email id,mobile number and password
- Click on Sign In to log in
- Click on ‘My Policy’ and select ‘Policy Summary’
- All the details will be shown to you
B. For New Users
There is no reason to worry about not being able to access the status of your policy if you are a new user or subscriber of HDFC Life Insurance. You just need to pay heed to the steps mentioned below to access your policy online -
- Register online as a new user at www.hdfclife.com
- Select the ‘My Account’ option on the home page
- Sign Up by filling in all details like your name, date of birth, address, email id, mobile number and policy number
- Click on ‘Please Login to Access’ and click on ‘Proceed’
- Fill in the required details like your email id, mobile number and password
- Log in your account
- Select ‘My Policy’ and choose the ‘Policy Summary’ option
- You will have the details of your policy
