Eligibility

Exclusions

• Claims related to war, terrorism and nuclear risks
• Dental treatment, unless it requires hospitalization
• General debility, congenital diseases/defects, sterility
• All claims that arises from or are related to pregnancy
• Any claim that arises due to participation in dangerous sports/activities
