    Max Life Child Insurance Policy does not entertain any benefit or coverage to the nominee if the policyholder dies due to the influence of drinking alcohol, solvent abuse, consumption of overdose of drugs or consumption of psychotropic substances without taking in accordance with lawful directions and the prescription prescribed by the Medictioners. 
  • Suicide or Self -inflicted Injury

    Max Life Child Insurance Policy does not provide any death claim amount or life coverage to the nominee of the policy while the insurer is sane or insane if the death occurs of the policyholder after attempting suicide or due to self inflicted injury.
  • Life-Threatening Activity 

    Engagement in dangerous and adventurous  activities are not included under Max Life Child Insurance Policy due to high life risk involved in these activities as a result they are not covered under such Child Plans. Adventure Activities include rock climbing, paragliding, hang gliding, skydiving, bungee jumping, underwater activities and more related activities.
  • War Related Acts

    Max Life Child Insurance Policy does not provide any compensation or any death amount if the insurer dies due to involvement in war or war related activities. The plan will not generate any benefit to the nominee of the policy In case of involvement of the insurer in armed rebellion, strikes, insurrection, armed or unarmed truce, civil war, act of foreign enemy, etc.
  • Participation in Criminal and Unlawful Acts 

    Max Life Child Insurance Plans and other insurance policies do not provide coverage or claim amount for the risk posed by participation in any criminal or illegal activities with criminal intent. Such criminal activities are like injury due to car accidents in which he/she was not wearing a seat belt or driving after drinking alcohol. 
  • Nuclear Contamination

    Max Life Child Insurance Plans does not entertainment any benefit or life coverage to the policyholder in case of the explosive or dangerous nature of nuclear fuel materials or the property 
    contaminated by nuclear fuel materials or accidents occur from such above mentioned nature.
  • Excluded Benefits Under Certain Disability

    Max Life Child Insurance Policy does not provide any coverage or disability benefits under disability due to post-traumatic stress disorder, psychiatric illnesses,chronic pain,chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia.
