A rider is an additional benefit that you can include to your basic insurance plan to gain more coverage. PNB MetLife Mera Term Plan Plus offers 4 riders. The list of riders includes:

  • PNB MetLife Accidental Death Benefit Plus Rider - Under this rider, the chosen accidental death benefit sum assured is paid to the nominee.

  • PNB MetLife Serious Illness Rider - Under this rider, the insured is paid the serious illness benefit on the first diagnosis of the 10 covered serious illnesses.

  • PNB MetLife Accidental Disability Benefit - Under this rider, the insured is paid accidental disability benefit in case he/she meets with an accident that results in a disability. Note that the sum offered to the insured is pre-decided.

  • PNB MetLife Critical Illness Benefit - Under this rider, the insured is paid critical illness benefit on the first diagnosis of cancer and heart attack, the two critical illnesses.

Take note that each rider shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that rider.
