How To Check Child Plan Details Online?
There are several methods to check the Child Insurance Policy Status or details Online. The companies have a dedicated website that is accessible to both, New and Registered users.
For Registered Users
All the details such as details of Premium Payments, Accrued Bonuses, etc can be checked by simply logging in to the Official Website of the Insurance Company with your Login Credentials.
Step 1- First you have to search for the official website of the Insurance Company in the search bar of the web browser. Then you need to click on the E-service Portal where next you will see the options if a new user or registered user. (User interface may vary as per the website).
Step 2- Next step is to log in to the Website with the user credentials such as your Email Address/ Username, Your Password. Some Websites require Policy Numbers to be entered as well.
Step 3- Now, You are logged in. This will be the homepage of the Insurance Company's Website. You will be able to see several options and you just have to choose the Policy that you want to check.
Step 4- After this, you will be able to use all the Policies that you have enrolled into or purchased. You need to choose the Child Insurance Policy from the list. You have to click on the Policy Number and you will be able to Track the Details of your Child Insurance Policy. Usually, a box appears on the screen which contains details such as Policy Name, Policy Term, Next Premium due date, and Sum Assured.
For New Users
For the New Users, it is the same process apart from the initial step of registering themselves on the website of the Insurance Company.
Step 1- The user needs to visit the official website of the Insurance Company and then choose the option of registering as a new user.
Step 2- Now you need to fill in the details about yourself and the Policy Details.
These details include:
- Policy Number
- Date of Birth
- Mobile Number
- E-mail Address
Step 3- After the aforementioned details have been entered you have to choose your user name and the password. Once the Registration is complete you will be able to log in and check the details by following the steps mentioned above in the registered user column.
There are other Offline methods as well. You can easily visit the local agency of the Insurance Company and discuss everything with the insurance advisor.
In case you don't have access to a computer or internet then many Insurance Companies have their dedicated helplines. You just need to dial the number and you can get access to all the required details via IVR or via SMS services.
In the earlier days, a person needed to visit the insurer's office to get the information that is required but now just like everything else your child Insurance Policy details is just a click away.
