InsuranceDekho EDGE Program (“Program”) launched by Girnar Insurance Broker Private Limited (InsuranceDekho) is an awareness initiative aimed at providing claim assistance to enable you to seek our services at the time of claim and ensuring reasonable support and advice in this regard. Under this Program, we will help and guide you on the various services and benefits being offered by your respective Insurer at the time of claim and also promptly advice you on various requirements relating to your claim, liaison between you and your respective Insurer and/or Insurer’s preferred garages as applicable for supporting quick settlement of your claim or any other related requirements.

In the event of any accident/mis-happening involving your insured vehicle, you may choose at your sole discretion to register your claim directly with your respective Insurer or through us and we will be happy to provide all reasonable assistance to you in pursuing your claim and & advice you of any requirements concerning claims.

Terms & Conditions

Following are some terms and conditions that should be kept in mind before raising a claim

  • Please note that opting for the repair or any other services at your respective Insurer’s preferred garage partners and servicing workshops for motor vehicles is purely at your sole discretion only. You can opt to use our assistance and service in filing claim and claim assistance or requisite assistance in filing your claim with the Insurer.
  • Where you at your discretion chooses to access any of your respective Insurer’s preferred garage partners, you do so at your own independent and sole discretion. When you opt to take the repair /servicing /other services for any motor vehicle which are provided by your respective Insurer’s preferred garage partners, you understand and agree that these services are provided by the garage in their capacity as an independent service provider. You agree and understand that in no event, Girnar Insurance Broker Private Limited (InsuranceDekho) or its management and employees are responsible for any failure in provision of or deficiency in services or any issue/complaint/dispute between you and such garage related to the services provided by such garage.
  • Where you opt for Cashless Claim Settlement for your insurance policy purchased through us subject to policy terms and conditions, we will assist you with cashless service at your respective Insurer’s preferred garage partners. You agree and understand that Girnar Insurance Broker Private Limited (InsuranceDekho) shall not be responsible in any manner, where any of your respective insurer’s garage partner refuses or fails to provide services on a cashless basis for any reason whatsoever,.
  • You need to immediately contact us through our Claims Helpline number 7551196989 / your respective insurer’s helpline number immediately post the accident/mis-happening involving your insured vehicle to avail services under this Program.
  • Girnar Insurance Broker Private Limited (InsuranceDekho) shall not be liable for any payment obligation by the customer in relation to claims and/or repairs, which shall be the responsibility of customer.
  • Girnar Insurance Broker Private Limited (InsuranceDekho) does not provide and is not liable for any repairs/servicing /other services availed by you from your respective Insurer’s preferred garage partners in any way, form and manner. We do not guarantee or control or endorse or accept the responsibility of the services of such Garages and further shall not be liable for any dispute between you and respective garage regarding the services availed by you from the garage.
  • Girnar Insurance Broker Private Limited (InsuranceDekho) makes no representations or warranties whatsoever about, and shall not be liable for insurer’s preferred garage partners, their products or services. Any transactions that you may have with insurer’s preferred garage partners are at your own risk. The products and services shall be subject to insurer’s preferred garage partners terms and conditions and we do not accept any responsibility for the same. We disclaim any liability for the usage of the products or services by you. We are doing this on a best effort basis for provision of claim assistance and bears no liability towards the customer in any manner
  • Girnar Insurance Broker Private Limited (InsuranceDekho), its management or any of its employees shall not be responsible for any act /omission of the Garages and/or any failure/refusal/defect/deficiency in providing repairs/servicing/other services and/or damage to your vehicle during the provision of such services by the garage.
  • Girnar Insurance Broker Private Limited (InsuranceDekho) shall not be liable for any lapse in time guarantee for repairs/pick-up/delivery of vehicle. Any guarantee for any timelines provided by your respective Insurer’s preferred garage partners is subject to external factors, force majeure and act of God.
  • Girnar Insurance Broker Private Limited (InsuranceDekho) is only an Insurance Broker and it can assist with insurance claims only to the extent of liaising with your respective insurance company. Any insurance claim shall be processed by your respective insurance company subject to their terms and conditions and the underlying insurance policy terms and conditions.
  • Any disputes arising pursuant to these terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram.
  • These terms and conditions of Insurance Dekho Edge Program are in addition to all other terms and conditions provided hereunder including the other terms and conditions published on our website (www.insurancedekho.com) and are legally binding on you. Girnar Insurance Broker Private Limited (InsuranceDekho) reserves the sole right to modify, change, amend or revoke these terms and conditions without any notice at any time and all such terms and conditions as amended from time to time shall be legally binding on you. We reserve the right to decline the services under this Program to any customer if we are of the opinion (in our sole and absolute discretion) that the customer has breached any of these terms and conditions or misusuing the services under this Program.
