About ManipalCigna Super Top-Up Health Insurance

ManipalCigna Super Top-Up Policy is a specially designed health insurance policy that allows you to ‘top-up’ your existing health insurance cover at an affordable premium. Available for people aged at least, the policy can be purchased for 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years, depending on the budget and other requirements. Apart from self, you can include spouse, children, parents, siblings, parents-in-laws, grandparents, grandchildren, son in-law, daughter in-law, uncle, aunt, nephew and niece under individual policy. Whereas on a floater basis, you can include legally wedded spouse, children up to the age of 23 years or parents. Note that a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children can be covered under a single policy.

ManipalCigna Super Top-Up Policy offers you utmost flexibility when it comes to paying premiums. You can pay it on a single, yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis. Also, you can avail tax benefits under Section 80D of the Income Tax Act 1961, on the premiums paid for this policy. Other benefits offered under the policy include cover for ambulance, donor expenses, AYUSH treatments, daycare treatments, pre-hospitalisation and post-hospitalisation expenses, etc. In short, the policy ensures that your health always has an adequate cover, even during the times of inflation of healthcare expenses and does not hurt the pocket as well.
